Texas DIR Co-op Contracts Program – IT Staff Augmentation (ITSAC) for Phoenix Business Consulting

Overview

Phoenix Business Inc. dba Phoenix Business Consulting (PBC) has been awarded by the Department of Information Resources (DIR), with contract no. DIR-TSO-4348 the IT Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) which as a prime vendor provides temporary IT staffing services to agencies based on a negotiated hourly rate. Agencies may choose staff from a list of pre-qualified vendors either through a solicitation (sent to all vendors) or by going directly to a trusted vendor (using the Best Value Justification). PBC is proud to be an ITSAC contracted vendor by DIR according to the DIR Cooperative Contracts Program. PBC has been providing staff augmentation services to local governments, state agencies, and public utilities for over 20 years and is a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). Phoenix Business, Inc. offers information technology staff augmentation services (ITSAC) through this contract, specifically: 104 awarded categories of Information Technology labor rates. Jobs for Customers are competitively solicited through DIR in regards to this ITSAC contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this ITSAC contract. This contract does have a number of subcontractors, many of which are HUB vendors.

How to Engage Us?

The Texas Department of Information Resources’ (DIR’s) Cooperative (Co-op) Contracts program enables streamlined cooperative purchasing for state and local government, public education and other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Through the Co-op program, the Texas DIR has established an Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) with thoroughly vetted vendors to provide timely and cost-effective services. Customers can quickly and easily buy IT services from DIR-contracted vendors such as Phoenix Business Consulting. You are eligible to buy through DIR if you are a Texas state agency, public institution of higher education, public school district, or other local government entity. The DIR IT Staff Augmentation Contract allows customers to purchase services directly from Phoenix Business consulting as a DIR-contracted vendor. Purchase Orders and Solicitations

Please note the following:

  • PBC can only offer an IT consultant for positions approved on the following Schedule.
  • Customer purchase orders must reference the specific Worker(s) selected and be endorsed by an authorized customer representative.
  • The purchase order must be completed prior to a staffing resource being provided.
  • PBC’s DIR Contract Number (DIR-TSO-3613) must be referenced on each purchase order.
