Business Analyst

Looking for an experienced Business Analyst with detailed knowledge and experience of requirements management methodologies, requirement elicitation, documentation, and management in a financial or similar type system, and to perform various business analysis activities related to system implementation and enhancement projects or work efforts. The Business Analyst will be responsible for following either a hybrid System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology or agile/iterative development or implementation/customization approach while working with a variety of business areas on the elicitation and documentation of business and systems requirements with a primary focus on the implementation of a Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse (BI & DW) solution with business areas throughout the enterprise.

Job Title: Business Analyst

  • At least seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years working as a Business Analyst with large organizations, leading or participating in the technical implementation of software/systems/applications automating complex business processes, performing any of the following:
    • Assessment of analysis scope and tasks
    • Planning business analysis tasks
    • Facilitating joint application design (JAD) and/or collaborative design sessions
    • Elicitation, definitions, and documentation of various business, user, and system requirements
    • Analysis for business process improvement, application design, and workflow automation
    • Modeling and documenting functional designs
    • Leading and working within cross-functional teams that include business subject matter experts, application architects, developers, and testers
  • At least seven (7) years of experience within the last ten (10) years producing business analysis deliverables such as any of the following:
    • Business requirements and business rules
    • Functional requirements and/or functional specifications
    • Non-functional requirements
    • Stakeholder requests
    • Procurement documentation
    • Transition plans and/or implementation requirements
    • Traceability matrices
  • At least three (3) years of experience using Rational Requisite Pro, HP ALM, Jama, or other requirement gathering tools to document functional and non-functional requirements, design specifications, and provide full traceability for projects.


  • Experience as a Business Analyst with the State or Federal government.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst leading or participating in the technical implementation – especially Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions including the following areas of focus.
    • Financial related data: annual or final compensation, service credit, contributions, interest, payables, receivables, various benefit factor types, benefit formula calculations, payroll deductions, the school district reported salary data on behalf of members, Medicare data, etc.
    • Investments-related data: portfolio performance and management, investment exposure, private and real estate asset classes, risk exposure, rate of return, net asset value, benchmark, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Sustainable Investments, and Stewardship Strategies data.
    • Service Level Goals and Objective related data and administration related audit data.
    • A wide variety of dashboarding, forecasting, and modeling including existing pre-defined reports for various business areas.
  • IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP or CCBA).
  • Experience in agile methodology or Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Experience acting as a project manager for software development or implementation projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields from an accredited or government-sanctioned college/university.


Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

This role provides an overall implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules from solution design, implementation, and execution of projects.

Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, India

Duration: Full-Time


  • Ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate requirements into the desired SAP SuccessFactors functionality
  • Ability to demo the product in a pre-sales capacity and in implementation in the form of playbacks to prospects and clients
  • Provide consulting expertise and leading practices in client engagements for various modules
  • Ability to transfer requirements into SAP SuccessFactors configuration workbooks

Proposal Writer

We are currently seeking a full-time Proposal Writer in Sarasota, Florida at our Siesta Key office. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for responding to requests for proposals, preparing presentation decks for sales calls and a variety of other tasks.  The Proposal Writer will be working with a team of 3 other Proposal Writers for a successful software company which has been performing software implementations for over 20 years.  This is an entry level position and we will train the right Candidate. There are tremendous growth and learning opportunities for the right Candidates. Candidate must be local to the Sarasota, Florida area.

  • Write and prepare compelling responses in tandem with the proposal team, SMEs, and management, to include the cover letter, executive summary, past performance, project management, technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate new graphics to optimize the proposal impact.
  • Support other departments with additional proofreading/writing tasks as needed.
  • Work with management to review proposal documents (both RFx, any amendments, and the response) and acquire final sign-off.
  • Format and edit/proofread all proposals for accuracy, uniformity, and compliance before submission.
  • Contribute to the development of boilerplate documents for use in a future proposal development efforts.
