The Passionates – are you ready for them?

Should you care about the Passionates?

Well, if you don’t, your business might be at risk in the next few years.

Firstly, who are the Passionates?

According to a recent study by SAP, the Passionates are the demographic that intensely cares about the key global issues of our time. These could be anything – from pay parity and data privacy to climate change, poverty, health and wellness.

Now, why should you care?

Currently weighing in at 20% of the population, this group is likely to become a hugely pronounced and influential market force over time.

Although there are Passionates among every generation, the younger someone is, the more likely they are to be one. As millennials take on leadership roles and Gen Zers begin to take up jobs, their spending power will constitute a substantial part of your sales revenue.

Simply put, to quote from the study: “… if you don’t show that your values align with theirs, they won’t buy from you, work for you, or even respect you.”

Intelligent enterprise

As more and more people enter this influential group, your organization must become intelligent and responsive enough to accommodate their demands and interests.

Next-generation, enterprise-wide transformative ERP systems, like SAP S/4HANA, are one of the best ways to ensure you can keep pace with changing demographics, and stay in-the-know of the evolving market landscape.

S/4HANA to the rescue

Passionates will soon become a large part of your workforce and customer base. Are you prepared to meet their demands? It’s in your best interests to do so.
